Wine Considerations
Pasta tends to be neutral, but when you add an acidic zesty tomato based
marinara sauce such as ours, it is best to pair it with a more acidic wine such
as Tierra Secreta's Malbec (2006 - Argentina) or Glorioso's Tempranillo
( 2006 - Spain). Alfredo "creamy type" sauces pair better with lighter wines such as
our new release Appleweiss (Indian Creek Orchard, WI), Pinot Grigio (Lagaria - Italy)
or Riesling (3 Lakes Winery, WI).
