 "dry rubbed" with our specialty herb blend.

Our Steaks are custom cut twice a week for us by Swank's Meats in St. Croix Falls.

They are aged, hand selected & cut to our specifications.

 

Pair your steak with Wollersheim’s Pinot Noir or

BOURGUEIL'S (limited production) "CABERNET FRANC"

(2007 - France).

$18 Grilled Salmon (8 oz)

Marinated in our lemon herb sauce.

 

We suggest pairing the Salmon (richer, fattier distinct flavored) meal

with Northern Vineyards (Stillwater, MN) “Old Vine” (local grapes) or

Shannon Ridge "Petite Sirah" (2008 - CA.)

 

Pasta Dinners

Served with our home-made sauces, baguette and choice of cup of soup or side salad.

served with our homemade Alfredo Sauce

and Angel Hair Pasta

$15 Fettuccini Alfredo Pasta –

Served with our home-made Alfredo Sauce

and Grilled Asparagus.

Customize your Pasta:  ADD a Grilled Chicken Breast for $2,

Salmon for $8 or Shrimp (3) for $6.

$14 Grilled Chicken Parmesan Pasta –

Chicken breast topped with Marinara & Mozzarella Cheese

on a bed of Fettuccini Pasta.

$12  Penne Diablo with Sausage

Spicy Sausage sautéed and tossed with a Spicy Marinara Sauce.

 

Wine Considerations

Pasta tends to be neutral, but when you add an acidic zesty tomato based

marinara sauce such as ours, it is best to pair it with a more acidic wine such

as Tierra Secreta's Malbec (2006 - Argentina) or Glorioso's Tempranillo

( 2006 - Spain). Alfredo "creamy type" sauces pair better with lighter wines such as

our new release Appleweiss (Indian Creek Orchard, WI), Pinot Grigio (Lagaria - Italy)

or Riesling (3 Lakes Winery, WI).
